I would like to start a group to bring white collar adults together, on a very low-key and informal basis, to play some loud rock/blues music and drink some beers in the process. I'm sure that there are other people like this out there - maybe you have kids, maybe your job takes up all of your play time, maybe your wife yells at you for playing your guitar too loudly, maybe you want to play some music so loudly that you won't be able to hear others complaining that you've left the house to play …

This group is an "electric" jam. The focus is Blues/Rock in the forms of Chicago, Texas, delta, country, and original material Blues.  Of course, we may want some acoustic instruments to add texture, but the focus will be Electric Blues/Rock. The intent is to increase the frequency to at least bi-monthly with a focus on playing out occasionally at an open mic. Levine Jam Nights are for music enthusiasts of any level who are interested in getting together for an evening of education and music. Some of our events are jam sessions for blues and rock musicians, while others focus on classical/acoustic styles. Some events are family-friendly, while others are geared more for adult musicians.
